Japanese Ramen Simulator: Ramen Recipes & Confirmed Menu
Check the confirmed ramen menu, Tantanmen broth options and ingredient preparation, without relying on unverified quantities or scoring formulas.
Which ramen recipes are confirmed in the current game?
The current official menu evidence confirms Tantanmen using chicken, pork or beef broth, along with a system for creating original ramen. Start with the customer’s requested dish and ingredients. Exact portions and a complete recipe database are not published in the sources checked for the October 10 Early Access version.
The official Steam description identifies noodle texture, soup temperature, aroma, umami and serving time as quality factors. Toppings are physical objects that you arrange in the bowl. Those factors matter, but they do not establish a fixed temperature, noodle timer or topping count that works for every dish.
| Confirmed menu element | What the official information establishes | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Tantanmen with chicken or pork broth | These customer orders become available at Shop Level 26 | Check the requested broth rather than treating the two as interchangeable |
| Tantanmen with beef broth | These orders become available at Shop Level 28 | Use the beef option when the order calls for it |
| Garlic Chives | Cut on a cutting board before using as a ramen topping | Prepare the topping before final assembly |
| Tantan Tare | Available for purchase at Level 26; tare alone in ramen receives a comment | Read the comment rather than assuming tare alone completes the dish |
| Original ramen / My Ramen | The game supports creating your own ramen | Keep your creation distinct from a customer’s specified order |
These are confirmed entries from the Day 1 update, rather than an exhaustive recipe collection. The separate ingredient unlock table distinguishes purchasing supplies from receiving customer orders.
How can I assemble an order without mixing up its ingredients?
Use the order as your checklist and keep preparation separate from final assembly. The following sequence is an editorial workflow based on the officially described cooking systems. It is useful for reducing mix-ups, but it is not a tested universal recipe or a claim that the game enforces this exact sequence.
- Read the requested ramen and toppings before moving ingredients.
- Prepare the required ingredients, including cutting Garlic Chives when needed.
- Check the broth and tare against the order. Review bottle handling before moving several tare bottles.
- Cook and drain the noodles using the current tutorial and control prompts.
- Assemble the bowl, checking that the requested toppings are present.
- Serve it to the intended customer and use the resulting feedback to identify what needs changing.
To steady a preparation station, aim at a placed cutting board and right-click to secure it. Right-click again releases it; a secured board still accepts ingredients for cutting. That control is explicitly documented in the Day 1 patch.
What should I check when a bowl receives poor feedback?
Check the customer’s request before changing cooking parameters. A wrong broth or missing topping is a different problem from noodle texture or soup temperature. Record the actual comment, then change one relevant part of preparation. The official description lists quality factors, but no public scoring formula gives their exact weights.
A useful editorial check is to compare the order, the assembled bowl and the comment together. Avoid assigning an invented “perfect” temperature to every soup or using a single noodle time for all future orders. See orders and tickets for a way to keep an active order associated with its food.
Rice bowls and gyoza have their own service details. Use the side-dish guide when the order extends beyond ramen, rather than assuming ramen feedback explains those dishes too.
